One-on-one Single Session and Package Personal Training Rates:

  • 1 session $65/hour
  • 10 sessions $550 ($55/hour)

Duet (two-person) Personal Training rates, per person:

  • 5 sessions $200 ($40/hour)
  • 10 sessions $375 ($37.50/hour)

Small Group (3-4 people), per person:

  • 5 sessions $150 ($30/hour)
  • 10 sessions $275 ($27.50/hour)

Policies:

  • All sessions are 55 minutes in length, unless other arrangements are made
  • Sessions start and end on time
  • Rescheduling or canceling sessions must be done at least 24 hours prior to your session to avoid being charged for that session
  • Payments must be made in cash, checks, or money orders (payments through PayPal are a possibility)
  • All sessions must be paid in advance
  • Sessions are non-refundable (however, they may be transferable)
  • Expirations: 1-10 session packages expire 90 days from date of purchase.
  • Check return policy: if your check is returned by your bank, you must pay the amount of the check and a $25 check return fee. Please note that if your check bounces, you are liable for “damages of, at least, one hundred dollars ($100) or, if higher, three times the amount of the check up to one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500),” plus the face value of the check and court costs. (California Civil Code, Sec. 1719).

Why “BumbleBee”?

With its short fat body, little short wings and small wing span, some experts claim that the bumblebee is theoretically incapable of flight — using conventional rules of aerodynamics, at least. Yet despite all of the experts contentions and conclusions, the bumblebee defies those rules. I use the bumblebee as a symbol for my business because, as fat women, we are so often told we cannot be physically fit. However, I believe — and my clients prove every day — that fitness is independent of weight and size. Very fat people can be very fit. We can enjoy all of the benefits of improved health, fitness, and vitality at any size. We can fly!
